PACKED TO THE RAFTERS is the brainchild of Seven’s Script Executive Bevan Lee, who has penned some of Australia’s favourite dramas including Home and Away and All Saints. The show’s concept was developed by series producer Jo Porter and Anthony Ellis. Jo Porter says, “Packed to the Rafters reflects the dynamics of the contemporary family. This sense of identification with the Rafter family fuels the show’s dramatic and comic moments. After all, we’ve all been a member of a family at some stage in our lives.” Seven’s Head of Drama John Holmes adds, “Australians will fall in love with the Rafter family and enjoy the journey they embark on together.” Get set for plenty of drama, lots of laughs and a few tears.
